Sue took on my 5 year old Pit bull, Mia, on short notice after I had issues between her and the other dog in my home. Mia had never been an overly troublesome dog, although she was always difficult to walk and would give attitude everytime you told her to do something she didn’t want to. All this being said she’d finally come to the end of her patience and wouldn’t tolerate any b.s. from any other animal.
Mia was with Sue for a total of 12 days, and we were provided regular updates through her Facebook page. Sue then had us out for a day of training approximately one week into the programme where she got me to work with Mia so that I understood her commands and could continue to train her at home. The progress at this stage was already remarkable.
When we arrived to take Mia home she was extremely calm and well behaved. With me continuing the daily habits she had learnt through Sue, Mia continued to develop at and outstanding pace. The training had worked so well that when Sue came out for her follow up lessons they were virtually unnecessary.
A couple of months down the track (Sorry for the late review Sue) and Mia is an absolute blessing. She is responsive and attentive at all times, within our yard and when I’m walks. If I’d known it would be this easy I would’ve taken Mia to Sue years ago!
